On Friday, May 16th at 7pm at the Westerville Public Library meeting rooms, the Westerville Historical Society will be presenting a program on Westerville Cemeteries and Veterans Stories. There are 4 cemeteries in the Westerville area that will be highlighted. The history of how they were started and also the personal stories of some of the veterans buried in them will be shared. We have graves for soldiers from every war including the Revolutionary War in our cemeteries. With the upcoming Memorial Day, we want to honor their service. This program is free and open to the public. The doors of the library will open at 6:30.
